MEMBERSHIP
What happens when I cancel?
Your membership runs to the end of the billing period. Every template you remixed stays in your Framer account and every website you completed stays licensed. You stop receiving new releases.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from your Polar account. The change applies at the next billing date.
What counts as a new template?
A new release in the library, or an update that changes pages or CMS structure. Visual polish ships to everyone who already holds the template.
LIFETIME LICENSE
What does one year of new templates mean?
Every template released in the 12 months after your purchase is yours to claim, the day it launches, as a private $0 checkout that lands in your Polar account.
What happens after the 12 months?
Your update period has ended. Your license and everything you received do not. You keep every template, prompt and Figma file, and you can extend updates for another year with an Updates Pass.
What is an Updates Pass?
$99 for another 12 months of new templates, updates and support, extending from your current end date. Offered from 30 days before your period ends to 30 days after. Later than that, a $149 Reactivation covers what you missed plus another year.
LICENSE
What is the difference between Single Site and Unlimited Sites?
A template on its own covers one website, personal or client, permanently. The Figma + Framer + Prompt bundle and every all-access plan cover unlimited websites.
Can I use templates for client work?
Yes, on every plan. What you cannot do is redistribute, resell or sublicense the templates or files, or build a competing template product from them.
What does support cover?
Setup and reproducible template problems. It does not cover customization or custom development.
PAYMENT
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. If something is broken, email alex@apollostudio.design and it gets fixed.
How do I pay?
Card, through Polar, our merchant of record. VAT is handled at checkout.
